Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Simple Gym OS, operated by The Simple Gym Co ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Simple Gym OS is a gym growth platform providing coaching content, courses, projects, systems, AI tools, and related features. We may update, add, or remove features over time as the platform develops.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Access is for you and your gym's team as permitted by your subscription.

3. Subscription and billing

Membership starts with a trial of $1 USD for your first 10 days. After the trial, your subscription automatically continues at $42 USD per week unless cancelled before the trial ends. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in USD.

4. Founding Member pricing

Founding Member pricing of $42 USD per week is a launch offer, limited in number. If you hold this rate, it remains locked for the life of your active, continuous subscription. If you cancel, you may lose access to Founding Member pricing and standard rates may apply on rejoining.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. When you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to share your account access with anyone outside your gym's permitted team, copy or redistribute platform content, or use the platform in any unlawful way. The coaching content, systems, and materials on the platform are our intellectual property and are provided for your own gym's use only.

7. Intellectual property

All content, materials, branding, and tools on the platform remain the property of The Simple Gym Co. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-transferable licence to use them for running your own gym. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them.

8. AI tools and coaching content

The platform includes AI-powered tools and coaching guidance. These are provided to support your decisions, not to replace your own professional judgement. You are responsible for how you apply any advice or output to your business.

9. No guarantees

We are committed to helping gym owners build simple, profitable gyms, but results depend on many factors including your own effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
